1. Right of Return

According to Romanian legislation, you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receipt, without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Products must be unused
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as delivered
• Include all accessories and documents

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email or phone
2. You will receive return instructions
3. Send the product via courier

4. Return Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 14 days after the return is approved
• The amount will be returned via the original payment method or bank transfer

6. Non-returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for:

• Unsealed products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
• Used or damaged products

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order.
